Urschel, Model GA dicer, set up for 1/8″ slice thickness. Mounted on an elevated stainless steel portable frame with side stairs for viewing the unit. Driven by a 2 HP, 200-208/400 Volt, 1450 RPM motor. Adjustable platform legs, minus the product discharge chute. Previously used at a food processing facility.
