Orics, Tray Sealer model VGF-100, semi-automatic, with vacuum & gas flush capabilities for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), rated for residual oxygen levels below 0.1%, manual container placement, 2 HP vacuum pump with 5 gallon reserve tank, stainless steel control panel, color touch screen control panel, PLC controller, digital temperature readouts, start/stop switches, safety interlock system on doors, 2 hand safety activation, 2 sets of interchangeable container handling change parts, 4″ diameter round cups, 5.75″ x 8-7/8″ rectangular trays, both set of change parts are in 2 up configuration, rated up to 10 cycles per minute, food grade USDA sanitary stainless steel & aluminum construction
SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
~ The operator puts two containers in a carrier that is then slid into place.
~ The operator presses the start switch and the vacuum / gas-flush chamber rises into position under the carrier.
~ Heat seal heads and film cutting blades trim and seal the containers as the sealer goes through it’s cycle.
~ As the cycle is completed, the film is then advanced and in position for the next cycle.
AVAILABLE WITH TOOLING: Unit is priced with container-handling change parts from stock. Custom change parts to buyer specification are available new from the manufacturer…We are offering the machine with parts for both the following container dimensions…
+ (Shown in pictures with tooling for) 4 inch diameter round cups.
+ 5.75 inch by 8 7/8 inch rectangular trays.
+Both of the above change part sets are configured for 2-up / two-package per cycle operation.
