Jacketed re-certified by John Lentz, rated for 80 PSI test and 40 PSI working pressure. Bowl measures 36″ diameter by 25″ deep. Unit includes basket strainer with 1/16″ perforations. Features 2″ center bottom outlet leading to 1.5″ discharge, with 3/4″ steam jacket connections.
