400 gallon Lee, sanitary jacketed double motion mix kettle with scrape agitation, model 400D9MT. Dish bottom, jacket rated 90 PSI @ 332 Degrees F. MDMT -20 Degrees F. double hinged lid. Lift out agitation with actuated agitator assist. No scraper blades included. Unit tested and ready to go. Last use in sanitary pharmaceutical.
