40 gallon Groen, gas fired Kettle model DHT-40, self contained, all stainless steel with tilt bowl. Bowl measures 26″ diameter X 22″ deep including 1-1/2″ diameter side bottom outlet with manual valve, hinged top lid and pour lip. Jacketed bowl, rated for 50 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit Nature gas-fired, 1000,000 BTU per hour, 3.5″ WC manifold gas pressure, 115V, single phase, 60 Hz. Last used at production kitchen for supplying small chain restaurant.
