40 gallon Cleveland, model KGL40 gas fired self-contained Kettle, all stainless steel with tilt bowl. Bowl measures 26″ diameter X 22″ deep including 3″ diameter side bottom outlet with manual valve, hinged top lid and pour lip. Tilt is controlled by manual hand wheel. Bowl is constructed by Welbilt, jacket rated for 50 PSI at 298 degrees F. to 33 degrees F., CRN 2814.5, National Board number 55994. Previously used at catering facility.
