300 gallon Pfaudler, Glass Lined Reactor, glass type #4025, repaired by Pfaudler in 2004, vessel SA240, T316L stainless steel with internal glass lining, rated 100 PSI Full Vacuum internal at 300 degree F, jacket rated 90 PSI at 300 degree F, vessel approximately 43-3/4″ ID x 38.5″ straight side, approximate 10″ diameter center bottom outlet, lug mounted with structural support, repair #J056567, pressurized mechanical seal, dome top with miscellaneous flanged inlets including 5″ ID top center for agitator, driven by 0.5 HP/.373kw Lightnin Vektor model V5S37 agitator, 230/460 volt, UL listed, metallic shaft is approximately 1-1/4” diameter x 60” long with 3 pitched turbine blades & stabilizer ring (ground smooth welded), with approximately 4” diameter Fluid Flow Products electric/air solenoid top inlet valve.
