300 gallon Lee, Stainless Steel Kettle, insulated with double motion agitation, Non jacketed bowl measures 55″ diameter X 48″ deep. Top includes 2 piece hinged cover with bridge mounted agitator, driven by 3 HP, 230/460 Volts, 1700 RPM, ratio 19.53, final output 87 RPM, lids include (1) 24″ x 14″ grate and 3″ diameter top side inlet. Bottom of bowl includes 4″ center bottom outlet. Kettle is mounted on (4) mild stainless steel legs. Removed from food facility.
