30 gallon Groen, agitated 316 stainless steel kettle model N30. Includes clamp-on style, drive prop-type agitator. Jacket rated for 45 PSI at 300 degrees F. Kettle measures 24″ diameter x 20″ deep, complete with hinged lid and dish bottom. Has 1.5″ center bottom discharge. SHARPE mixer 0.5 HP, 230/460 Volts, 3phasee, 60 Hz.
