3/300 gallon CIP system by Process Automation, enclosed top tanks with manways measuring 38″ diameter x 59″ straight side with skimmer overflows, 2.5″ suction and 2″ return manifolds with WCB 60 series air actuated valves, Tri Clover C216 10 HP 3500 RPM recirculation pump, Enerquip stainless steel shell & tube heat exchanger and stainless steel control panel. All mounted on SS box tubing base, PLC automation available at an additional charge.
