200 gallon Lee, double motion agitated Kettle model 200 U9M, 5 HP variable speed drive 38-190 RPM, yielding 10-45 RPM at agitator, full jacket and insulation, 125 PSI at 375 degrees F. jacket is tested at factory to 194 PSI, hinged nylon scrapers on side walls and bottom, slight cone bottom to 4″ center bottom outlet with Lee flush seating fluids flow ball valve reduced to 3″ tri clamp connection at 48″ floor clearance as shown, dual half covers. Formerly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
