20 quart Groen, self-contained tilting electrically heated Kettle model TDB/7-20. All stainless steel construction, electrically heated fluid filled vessel jacket is NB rated 28775 for 50 PSI @ 32- 300 F., variable temperature control knob and heat indicator light, operates on 208 volt/3 phase/18 amps (31 amps @ 3 phase), can operate on higher voltages, kettle is mounted on factory base plate mounted on 27″ x 28″ x 23″ high floor stand with front pull out pouring tray with perforated metal drain plate in tray, front pour lip and tilt handle, equipped with Pargon electric 24 hour timing control. Formerly used in cosmetics.
