20 quart Groen, Agitated Kettle model TDC/2-20, all stainless steel food grade design, NFS stamped, manually operated tilt out scraper agitator furnished with new nylon finger scrapers, drive shaft for offset secondary agitator (provided at additional cost with varying designs) 120 volt single phase with cord & plug & externally mounted variable speed DC controller, jacketed tilting is National Board rated (#92360) for 45 PSI at 300 degree F, manual tilt handle may be located on left or right of kettle, mounted in mild steel sub-frame with casters, integral safety switch prevents agitator from operating in raised position, steam inlets enter thru bottom of kettle base plate, formerly used in branded food products pilot lab
