Description
1,240 gallon all Stainless steel jacketed tank kettle from Microbrewery, 40-barrel vessel. Top includes dome top with manway. Vessel measures 6′ diameter x 7′ straight side with cone bottom with 2″ diameter center bottom outlet with Tri clamp connection. Top head includes 20″ diameter top manway with cover, 2″ inlet with tri-clamp connection and 12″ center top opening with 1-1/2″ inlet for (2) CIP spray balls. Includes jacket connections on bottom and straight side. Last used at microbrewery.
