1.5 cubic foot JH Day, horizontal dough type roller bar mixer with 2 rotating roller bars and one stationary bar. Carbon steel construction. Bowl is 15″ wide and diameter across the bars is 15″. Bowl manual tilts to open and close using a hand wheel. Bowl has low pressure jacket with analog temperature display. There is a 6″ locking fitting for powders & 1/2″ threaded pipe fitting on the top. Mixer has dual speed controls & mechanical timer. OAD;3.5′ long x 3′ wide x 5′ high. 230V, 3 phase
