All stainless steel construction with polished food grade finish & NSF design, tilting body has fluid filled jacket with electrical heating NB rated 1007 for 50 PSI @ 300 degrees F., operating on 208 volt/3 phase, 6.3 kw, custom agitator with hinged nylon scraper blades driven by Gast air operated, 1 HP drive with gear reducer, variable speed controlled air flow to motor, mounted on s/s table with base & casters, OAD 32″ x 21″ x 60″ h, full cover has 1/4 hinged opening & 2 hold down bolts for mounting.
