Rothenburg, model RBSX1.5 butter reworker with pin mixers. 1950 liters capacity. With Simon Freres, texturizer. Reworker to handle butter at temperatures as low as 0°C. The Rothenburg reworker is designed to make the butter pumpable. Can either be used as additional buffer silo or as a reworker. The inlet for the butter is: 539 x 416 mm. With 2 connections to the butter pumps, DN100. With CIP spray balls. There is a connection for 2 front plate mixers. These mixers are there to put more energy in the butter, front plate mixers themselves are excluded. The 2 pin mixers are used for improving the quality of the butter, ensuring the finest water dispersion and making it packable. Each pin mixer consists of a rotor (52rpm) and stator creating great sharing forces to bring energy into the butter. Including A new Siemens S7 PLC and Siemens HMI. Excluding interconnecting pumps, piping or valves.
