Open Chill Flume/Open Wash Flume, with plate chiller, stainless steel, 16″ wide x 24′ 10″ long x 8″ deep chilled water flume trough with 2 plate chillers mounted inline over trough, each chiller has 2 dimple jacketed cascade chill plates each is 39″ wide x 106.5″ (8′ 10.5″) long, overhead 4″ diameter stainless steel drizzle pipe to recirculate water in laminar flow over the plates, chilled water runs into bottom catch pan with perforated bottom, so that chilled water is applied to product continuously along entire length of washer flume, flume was configured to be/was previously used along a wall to save space, all food grade sanitary stainless steel construction, does not include refrigeration equipment.
