Kreuzmayr KZE-A 1000 Short Time Heating Pasteurizer, tube-in-tube system, rated for 1,000 liters per hour. Includes Plate heat exchanger for preheating and re-cooling of the product and for heating to the pasteurization temperature set. Temperature difference between incoming product and outgoing product: approximately 10 to 15 degrees C. Hot holding time changeable between 15 seconds and 30 seconds. by changing the connectors between the holding sections. Also includes Rotary lobe pump, data recorder for pasteurizer, diversion for HTST, and Automatic temperature control. Designed for use with 35 kW chiller (chiller not included). Juice pasteurizer in excellent condition. Used only for batch testing. Item flow rate is roughly 1,000 lb. of product per hour
