Description
Ishida Combination scale with Ilapak form, fill & seal machine, new in 2001. Ishida model CCW-EM-214/30, 14-bucket with 4-3/4″ x 5-1/2″ x 8″ deep buckets, smooth buckets, dimpled vibratory feeders. Scale feeds Ilapak Vegatronic vertical form, fill and seal machine. Previously used to pack various candies into bags at a capacity of 45 bags per minute. Includes (4) forming tubes (2-1/2″, 3-1/2″, 4-1/2″ and 6-1/2″ diameter tubes). Product is fed to scale by RBM, Model LS 100-9, Z-frame bucket elevator, mild steel/painted frame, 5′ infeed, 11′ vertical, 5′ discharge, with 4-1/2″ x 9″ x 2-1/2″ deep plastic buckets. Scale and bagger are surrounded by mezzanine, measuring approximately 9′ x 7′ x 7′, plus safety rails and stairs. In good working condition when removed from service.
