HTST Pasteurization System consisting of APV Hydraulic Plate Type Heat Exchanger Model CR5. The unit contains approximately 350 316 stainless steel plates measuring 16″ w X 60″ l for a total heat transfer surface area of 2300 square foot. The System includes ITT Standard Hot Water Set with shell and tube heat exchanger rated for 150 PSI MAWP at 375 degrees Fahrenheit to negative 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
