Grote, model 613 Multi-Slicer with a maximum product size of 6″x13” (152 X 330 mm). The slicer can produce slice thickness ranging from 0.04″ to 0.50” (1-12.7 mm). It accommodates stack heights of up to 2” (51mm). Powered by electrical input of 200-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, Single phase. Rated for up to 90 strokes per minute. Includes two stainless steel 26″ high product holders. Previously used in salad processing application.
