Vertical form fill and seal machine by automatic packaging machine, designed for folded film sachet package with vertical and horizontal seal operating as single unitized unit, 100 mm x 16 mm horizontal seal, 135 mm x 14 mm vertical seal, all sides of sealing anvil are heated with independent vertical and horizontal heat controls, adjustable bag length via stepper drive control, touch screen controls with Mitsubishi plc, bag cutting station and discharge conveyor, stainless steel hopper with four station volumetric filler with 20 mm diameter fill pockets, registration eye on adjustable mountings, film former, cabinet enclosure with hinged service doors on three sides, operating on 220/1 phase voltage, mounted on casters. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging.
