80 gallon Crown steam model EL-80, self-contained food grade Kettle. Electric fired, 32″ diameter x 28″ deep. Front bottom outlet with manual valve, steam jacket rated for 50 PSI @ 298 degrees F. NB coded and ASME stamped. 44″ high infeed, 14.5″ discharge height. All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction, Self-contained integral electric heater powered by 460 volt 3 phase electric input, complete with thermostatic control.
