740 Gallon, 316L Stainless Steel, Jacketed, Agitated, T&C Stainless Reactor, measures 5′ diameter X 5′ straight side with dish top & bottom. Vessel is jacketed and rated for 100 PSI at 250 degrees F. to minus 20 degrees F. Internally rated for 10 PSI at 250 degrees F. to minus 20 degrees F. Head & shell thicknesses are 7 gauge. Jacket is constructed of 304 Stainless steel, 14 gauge thickness. Reactor includes top entering agitation with Fusion Fluid Equipment gearmotor, driven by 1.5 HP 230/460 Volt, 50/60 Hz, 1730 RPM motor thru gear reducer. Vessel includes 4″ center bottom outlet with Asepco valve to 1.5″ discharge. Offered with Protecto Seal Model F18542D2 pressure and vacuum relief vent. Serial number TC8661, New in 2018, National Board number 1949, ASME code constructed. Previously used as curing tank in polymers-based application
