600 gallon Lee, open top fully jacketed 316L stainless steel Kettle model 600D9MS, sanitary, 66″ diameter x 54″ deep, full Uniflow coil jacket rated for 90 PSI @ -20 to 332 degrees F., center bottom 4″ discharge with Lee air operated fluids flow flush seating ball valve, vessel brim is predrilled on opposing sides for mounting of mixer bridge, offset of discharge has port for flush seating temperature well, mounted on 4 stainless steel low profile legs.
