500 gallon open top stainless steel sanitary melting tank (mfg. Unknown) features 63″ diameter x 40″ straight side, 8″ deep dish bottom with 2″ center bottom discharge and 4 bolt flanged connection (7″ od) and 6″ floor clearance, stainless steel meting coil is mounted 20″ down from brim on internal wall of tank from lugs on inside of vessel on bolt in support frame, coil is formerly steam heated and built from 1″ pipe in 9 wraps of descending diameter, entire melting coil is removable, tank body is jacketed and insulated, full cover with 1/3 hinged, 12″ x 24″ work platform is mounted to exterior wall @ brim height, internal temperature well and mounted on three stainless steel legs. Former application melting food products margarine, chocolate, hazelnut.
