New 5 cubic foot working capacity double ribbon blender, polished 304 stainless steel contacts, trough measures 32″ long x 18″ wide x 22″ high, with mirror interior finish, 1/10″ shell thickness. Hinged cover with backrest, safety grates. 2.25″ solid stainless steel shaft, 1-1/2″ x 1/4″ thick outer ribbon, 1-1/5″ x 1/4″ thick inner ribbon, 66 RPM ribbon speed. Mixer is driven by 3 HP, gearhead washdown motor thru roller chain. Motor is SEW IP55/IE3 UL rated drive. 3.5″ center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 14″ discharge height. Stainless steel frame & legs.
