40 gallon Stainless steel scrape agitated mix kettle, previously used on chocolate. Interior bowl measures 23-1/4” diameter X 17” deep includes top mounted drive, 0.75 kW (1 HP) motor through gearbox, sweep agitation with Teflon scrapers (one missing) Electrically heated with three electric heaters installed below jacketed bowl. Includes control box. All unitized on stainless steel A-frame.
