Description
350 Cubic Feet Stainless Steel Ribbon Mixer, approximately 350 cubic-feet capacity, trough measures 146″ long x 66″ wide x 80″ deep. The mixer features a hinged cover with back rest and pneumatically controlled cylinder to facilitate access. Ribbon assembly includes 15″ diameter solid stainless steel shaft with 2″ wide x 3/4″ thick outer ribbons and a 2″ wide x 3/8″ thick inner ribbons, including 2-1/8″ thick spokes and a trough shell thickness of 0.196″. Driven by approximately 100 HP, 440V gearhead motor via roller chain. Discharge includes knife-style pneumatic slide gate with discharge height of 40″. Mixer is secured to a stainless steel frame and legs.
