35 cubic foot JH Day, double ribbon mixer 304 stainless construction. Trough measures 30″ wide x 78″ long x approximately 32″ deep, 4″ diameter end bottom outlet. Ribbon assembly includes 3.5″ diameter center shaft, 2″ wide x 1/8″ thick inner ribbon, 1-1/2″ wide x 3/8″ thick outer ribbon, welded to 1″ diameter posts. Includes outboard roller bearings, packing glands and top hinged cover. Driven by 20 HP 230/460 V, 1770 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor with gear reducer ratio: 6.5-1280 output RPM to chain & sprocket assembly. Mounted on carbon steel frame with 4 legs with casters.
