300 gallon Hubbert, Kettle stainless steel, hemispherical bottom, jacket rated 100 PSI at 337 degree F, National Board #177, equipped with 5 HP Lightnin type agitator, agitator has 2″ shaft with (2) 12″ 3-prop blades, tank has 42″ diameter with 38″straight side height & 19″ deep dish bottom, bottom has 4″ flush mount pneumatically operated discharge valve, open top has lid with 18″ manway, (1) 8″, (1) 1″, (1) 2″ sanitary fittings & 6″ flanged fitting for dry product hopper, thermowell, requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply for agitator & pneumatic supply for discharge valve.
