Features all stainless steel kettle with carbon steel jacket, vessel is 48″ diameter x 36″ depth, jacket originally rated for 90 PSI @ 330 F. in 7/59, 2″ center bottom discharge with fixed elbow, tri clamp connection and 12″ floor clearance, mounted on 3 steel pipe legs with 5″ casters, formerly used in flavors industry.
