Description
200 gallon Lee Industries, Double Motion Scraper Agitated Kettle, Model 200 D9MS, all stainless steel construction with fully jacketed vessel. Vessel measures 48″ diameter X 36″ deep with hemispherical bottom with 3″ diameter center bottom outlet with 3A Fluid Flow ball valve. Includes counter rotating agitation with Teflon scrapers on sweep agitator and center paddle agitator. Agitation is bridge mounted and driven by 2 HP, 230/460V, 1730 RPM, 3/60Hz gearhead motor. Top includes hinged cover on each side of drive with self locking lids. Jacket is ASME rated for 90 PSI at 332 degrees Fahrenheit, Minimum design temperature (MDMT) of -20 degrees Fahrenheit at 90 PSI. Serial number 115432-1, National board number 14464. Previously used in food application.
