200 Gallon Cherry Burrell, cone bottom stainless steel jacketed Processor with scrape surface agitation. Measures 48″ diameter x 30″ deep with bridge mount agitation, hinged lids, and 2.5″ CBO with Tri Clamp. Agitator is driven by 3 HP 230/460V, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 1700 RPM motor thru right angle gear box with 85.65:1 ratio, resulting in 20 output RPM. Self contained heating system for jacket with an electrically heated inline heater and small centrifugal pump. S/S frame with 4 legs.
