All stainless steel food grade construction, jacketed body is NB rated 13501 for 45 PSI @ 32-300 degrees F., table mounted on 2 legs which house steam inlet/outlet with tilting hinge, table is 26″ x 26″ x 22″ high with rounded corners & casters, table has pouring opening 6″ w x 10. 5″ d. with removeable cover plate, pouring lip & tilt handle which can be located left or right, table legs are connected on 3 sides. Prior use cosmetics.
