1,000 gallon Lee, stainless steel kettle. The top of kettle is single walled and the bottom of the kettle is jacketed. Entire unit has a stainless steel outer covering. The jacket is rated for 90 psi @ 332 f. with anchor style sweep agitator and baffles for increased agitation. Agitator driven by a hydraulic motor. 72″ dia. with a 48″ straight side & 31″ dish depth. Overall height with agitator is 136″. The top has a 1/3 hinged top. The jacket has 2″ threaded fittings. (2) 4″ center sanitary discharge.
