100 gallon Chester Jensen, model X70N5 Cooker/Cooler Kettle. 48″ diameter X 12″ straight side with cone bottom, leading to 3″ diameter center bottom outlet, including Fluid Flow 3A grade ball valve with tri-clamp connection, 18″ clearance from group to tri-clamp. Top head includes bridge with 5″ diameter center top opening for agitator, two 2″ diameter openings & hinged lids on each side of top bridge. Jacketed is rated for 100 PSI at 340 degrees/-20 degrees F. Prior use commercial kitchen.
