1 gallon Open Top Jacketed Kettle, stainless steel 80% jacketed body (tested for 15 PSI service) with 2 inlets & 1 condensate drain all with NPT connections, 8″ diameter x 8″ deep with 1/2″ center bottom outlet with NPT connection(male) & 4″ floor clearance, all sanitary polished finish with heavy brim ring, mounted on 3 legs, 1 leg designed to be hinged point & remaining 2 will accept telescoping legs, formerly used in cosmetic service
