150 Cubic Feet Stainless Steel Ribbon Mixer, 304 stainless steel contacts, trough measures 106″ long x 53″ wide x 58″ deep, with mirror interior finish, 8mm shell thickness. Includes 5-3/4″ solid stainless steel shaft, 50mm w x 12mm thick outer ribbon, 75mm wide x 10mm thick inner ribbon. driven by 50 HP, 1775 RPM, 208-230/460 V, 3/60 Hz motor through Planet Gear speed reducer, 20.41-to-1 ratio, 86 output RPM, thru chain & sprocket assembly with 16-teeth drive sprocket and 61-teeth mixing shaft sprocket, resulting in 22 ribbon RPM. Mixer has a 10″ center bottom discharge. Painted mild steel frame & legs. Previously used in food operation.
