Description
1,000 gallon Lee, stainless steel kettle. Top of kettle is single walled and the bottom of the kettle is jacketed. The jacket is rated for 90 psi @ 332 F., with anchor style sweep agitator and baffles for increased agitation. Hydraulic motor for agitator, 72″ diameter with 48″ straight side, 31″ dish depth. Overall height with agitator is 136″, 1/3 hinged cover. 2″ threaded fittings in jacket, (2) 4″ sanitary discharge, and 4″ sanitary fitting in wall of bottom.
